Stephanie Silberman, |
Dr. Silberman is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Board Certified in Sleep Medicine (American Board of Sleep Medicine) and a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A.) and Fairleigh Dickinson University (Ph.D.). During graduate training, she worked at Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City and Completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Sleep Disorders Institute of St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. Dr. Silberman's areas of specialty include the treatment of depression, anxiety, insomnia, and other sleep disorders. She also does psychological and neuropsychological testing for a variety of purposes, such as dementia screenings. Dr. Silberman is bilingual (Spanish/English), so she conducts treatment in whichever language her patients prefer. She has extensive experience working with persons with chronic medical illnesses, such as HIV, sleep apnea, heart disease, cancer, obesity, and other diseases.
